Serves are made during the day, evenings and weekends. We schedule our attempts to better connect with the person or persons being served.With over 24 years of business experience we understand the importance of customer service and communication. We provide timely service of process as well as proof of service, inclusive within one simple flat fee.
No Hidden Cost Fees
PERSONAL SERVICE (SUBPOENAS; CIVIL HARASSMENT ORDERS; ORDERS TO APPEAR; SUMMONS & COMPLAINTS) start at $125.00 for a minimum 3 attempts. First attempt will be made within 24 to 48 hours. Service can include a proper service of process, a prepared Proof of Service, a hard-copy mailing and/or emailing a copy to you and at an additional cost, a notarized proof of service, Overnight delivery mailing, a filing the Proof of Service with the appropriate court.
RUSH SERVICE- Billable on an Hourly rate and mileage charge.
SKIP TRACE / LOCATES – We will research the current addresses to serve process.
COURT FILINGS – We will file your documents with the County Clerk.
RECORD RETRIEVAL – We will obtain your legal court documents by searching court and other government records.
